Enrolment Policy

Adults and Children’s Classes

ENROLMENT POLICY:
Enrolments are taken on a first in first served basis.

Payments must be made in full in order to confirm your booking. A booking confirmation and a materials list will be provided upon full payment.

CEAC reserves the right to cancel or postpone any class that does not reach a viable number.
If CEAC cancels a class, you will be notified no less than four days before the start of the class, a full refund will be made in this instance.
A refund will be given if you withdraw from a class or workshop 5 working days or more before the start date, however an administration fee of $20 per booking applies.
There are NO refunds if you withdraw less than 5 working days before a class or workshop starts.
NO refund will be given after a class/workshop has started, however you may transfer to another class/workshop within the same term.
Refunds take up to 10 working days to process. Some classes require a variation to these terms and conditions
